We are arranging a visit to the ground-breaking V&A East Storehouse which opened in May 2025. Furniture and Woodwork curators will introduce the group to the Storehouse and to selected furniture and installations on view. Storehouse is a working museum store, but open for visitors to explore, with objects from different museum collections visible on three levels, with a view down to the Agra Colonnade through a glass floor. There will be time after the presentations to explore the store independently. Members who attended the 2025 AGM will remember the inspiring presentation given by Victoria Bradley, V&A, about this new facility.

In the morning attendees might want to combine this with an independent visit to the new V&A East Museum, also in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, opening on 18 April 2026, and which will have two free permanent galleries showing art, architecture, design, performance and fashion.
