The Evolution of the British Villa: architecture and interiors 1600-1900
Join us every Tuesday throughout June when experts will consider the development of the villa in Britain from its adoption as an entertainment space and smaller cousin of the country house through to its incarnation as a luxurious and beautifully designed modern dwelling.
Speakers include: Paula Henderson, Elzabeth Deans, Jeremy Howard, Sebastian Edwards, Susanna Avery-Quash, Diana Davis, Megan Aldrich, Mark Baker, Cas Bradbeer, Rosalind White, Sara Pope, Annette Carruthers, Tony Peart, Joseph Sharples.
Tickets may be bought for individual sessions or the entire course, with members benefiting from a considerable discount. The sessions will be recorded and links to recordings sent to ticketholders. These recordings will not be available to buy after the course has ended.
