The FHS is organising a four day study visit to Vienna. The society will visit several imperial and princely palaces, as well as public and private collections. These will include Schloss Schönbrunn, the Hofmobiliendepot (the former Imperial wardrobe now furnishing the presidential palaces of the Republic of Austria), the Stadt- and Gartenpalais Liechtenstein and the recently re-opened decorative arts’ galleries at the Kunsthistorisches Museum.
